We’re a U.S.-based skincare brand looking to build a small, long-term team of 2–3 talented UGC creators (women 30–60) who love skincare and can create calm, authentic, trustworthy content.

  • Film raw b-roll skincare clips (no talking, no editing — just clean, natural footage).
  •  → $100 for the first clip package.
  • Later, create UGC ad-style videos (we’ll provide feedback, guidance, and creative direction)

  • 1% commission on ad spend for every video that runs.
  • Goal: long-term collaboration where everyone wins.

  • Comfortable on camera discussing skincare, aging & confidence
  • Experience filming high-quality, natural-light clips.
